New Year's Day

Paula had a good night....but again this morning around 7:00 her fever started again and peaked @ 8:20 @ 103. At about 7:30, I started putting ice water on her legs, arms, shoulders, and head, and also an ice cold rag on her head. At 8:15 they gave her some Motrin. It's 9:13 now, and her fever is almost normal @ 98.9.......keep us in your prayers. Thanks

  1. I really enjoyed the pictures. Can't wait to see Paula's beautiful face and watch her in the
choir again. I told Bruce when we were working the lights and media Monday night of the canatata to be sure and watch Paula. She is such a blessing to watch! Her expressions are such that you know she loves the Lord. Y'all are in our thoughts and prayers!

  2. Tommy: We really enjoyed our time with you last night. It's such a blessing to see faith in action. Of course, we shall not only continue to pray for Paula, but also to be even more persistent (like the widow). Know that the Lord dearly loves you both and TOTALLY has His best plans for you in progress. We love you both. As a side note, I realize they are on top of her care, but are they culturing all fluids including looking for a UTI? I would hope this is standard procedure and something as common as a mild UTI infection is not spiking her fever. Be Blessed. Eddy n Lilly
